STORAGE SPACE RENT AGREEMENT

This Storage Space Rent Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between [Name of Storage Provider] ("Storage Provider") and [Name of Renter] ("Renter"), collectively referred to as the "Parties", on the date of [Date of Agreement].

1. Storage Space. The Storage Provider agrees to rent to the Renter a storage space with the dimensions of [Dimensions of Space] located at [Address of Storage Space] ("Storage Space") for the purpose of storing Renter's personal property.

2. Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on [Start Date] and shall end on [End Date]. The Renter shall have the option to renew the Agreement for additional terms upon written notice to the Storage Provider at least [Number of Days] days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.

The Renter shall keep the Storage Space clean and shall not cause any damage to the Storage Space or the Storage Provider's property.

6. Liability. The Renter assumes all risk of loss or damage to the Renter's personal property stored in the Storage Space. The Storage Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Renter's personal property, including but not limited to theft, fire, flood, or any other cause.

7. Default. In the event of a default by the Renter, including but not limited to failure to pay rent, the Storage Provider may terminate this Agreement and remove the Renter's personal property from the Storage Space. The Storage Provider may also exercise any other remedies available under law.

8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Province] without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule.

9. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the Parties, whether written or oral.

10. Amendments. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both Parties.
