Perfectionshoots LLC Talent Release Agreement

I, [Talent's Full Name], hereby enter into this Talent Release Agreement (the "Agreement") with Perfectionshoots LLC and its affiliates, photographers, or employees (hereinafter referred to as "Perfectionshoots") for the purpose of participating in this shooting, photoing, filming, picturing, snapping, mugging, videotaping, or retaking (collectively referred to as the "Project"). By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of Rights: I grant Perfectionshoots and its assigns the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publicly perform the Content created during this Project, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and any other multimedia formats, for any commercial or private use. This includes the right to make physical or virtual copies as necessary.

2. Ownership: I understand and acknowledge that Perfectionshoots and its assigns shall retain full ownership and copyright of the Content created during this Project. I shall have the right to use the shared Content for personal promotional purposes, both online and in physical form, with appropriate credit given to Perfectionshoots.

3. Commercial and Private Use: The Content may be used by Perfectionshoots for commercial purposes, including advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. Additionally, I may use the shared Content for personal and private use, such as personal portfolio, social media, or personal promotional materials.

4. Time for Digital Print: In the case of this Project being a Time for Digital Print (TFDP) collaboration, I understand that Perfectionshoots and I shall have equal rights to create physical prints of the Content for personal promotional use. I agree to collaborate in good faith with Perfectionshoots to determine the distribution and allocation of physical prints.

5. Limitation of Liability: I acknowledge and agree that Perfectionshoots shall not be held responsible for any accidental failure of equipment resulting in the loss of Content. I understand that technical failures or unforeseen circumstances may occur, which are beyond Perfectionshoots' control. In such instances, Perfectionshoots shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to the loss of Content, loss of profits, or any other consequential damages.

6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfectionshoots, its affiliates, photographers, employees, and their respective directors, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with my participation in this Project or the use of the Content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Perfectionshoots.

7. Injuries: I acknowledge and agree that Perfectionshoots shall not be held liable for any injuries, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise, sustained by me before, during, or after this or any future projects with Perfectionshoots. I assume all risks associated with my participation in the Project and release Perfectionshoots from any liability for such injuries.

8. Force Majeure: Perfectionshoots shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, labor strikes, equipment failure, or technical malfunctions.

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Perfectionshoots and myself, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any
