Job Description:

We are looking for a Hardware and Network Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for our organization's hardware and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the hardware and network systems to ensure their availability, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hardware and network solutions to meet business needs
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and network equipment, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware and network connectivity
• Implement security measures to protect network resources and prevent unauthorized access
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and network systems with other IT solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to hardware and network systems
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and network-related issues
• Keep abreast of new hardware and network technologies and make recommendations for their adoption
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to hardware and network systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Hardware and Network Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
• Familiarity with network security best practices and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new hardware and network technologies
