- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to understand project requirements, define creative briefs, and ensure that the visual elements effectively communicate the intended message.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to enhance the understanding of target markets, consumer behavior, and competitors, allowing for more effective and tailored creative solutions.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a creative professional, showcasing a diverse portfolio of successful design projects across various mediums.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant applications.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent visual and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies, and the ability to incorporate them into creative strategies.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design is a plus.
